Several weeks ago we were asked in Relief Society class to imagine if an old friend got back in touch with us and asked why we had never mentioned our faith or the church to him/her. Our teacher then asked us to write down on a piece of paper what we know. Here is what I wrote:
I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe that He is my savior and that He died for me. I believe that he atoned for my sins so that I would have a chance to return to my Heavenly Father. I believe in the Holy Ghost and that he is my guide and directory as long as I allow him to be close to me through my actions. I believe that the church was restored to the earth by Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ through Joseph Smith who is a prophet of God.
I believe that families are forever. We can be together for eternity through our faith and diligence in holding to the covenants that we make with our Heavenly Father.
That is where i ran out of time. These are just a few of my basic beliefs. I will write more on this at another time. I understand that there are people out there who may think that I can't possibly understand or believe, let alone know, these thing. I assure you that I do. You are entitled to believe what you want. This is my blog and I wanted to share what I know.

Great testimony, sometimes I miss RS. Sometimes. I love Primary though. We could do that in there.
Hey girl. I just found the comment you made on my blog a month ago. Sorry. I don't know how I missed it. How's life? Maybe I'll make it through RS....only a few more months before Kyle can go to nursery!
